(AMI) is pleased to prepare this proposal for our <br /> preliminary Land Surveying services for the above referenced project. The following is a <br /> description of the scope of services required for this project. <br /> This project is for an office-warehouse facility constructed on the parcel located at the NE corner <br /> of Commerce and 201h Avenue south in Centerville, MN. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> AMI proposes to provide the following services for the project: <br /> 1. Boundary and Topographic Survey <br /> 1. AMI will prepare a boundary survey for the subject property and will set the <br /> property corners per said boundary survey. <br /> 2. AMI will prepare a topographic survey based on field data shots. <br /> 3. If necessary, AMI will locate the soil borings and establish surface elevations of <br /> each boring. <br /> 4. AMI will locate all structures on site. <br /> 2. ALTA Survey <br /> 1. AMI will prepare a survey of the subject property based on the Minimum <br /> Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys (Effective <br /> February 23, 2016). <br /> 2. Included in said survey are items from Table A, Optional Survey Responsibilities <br /> and Specifications, of said Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS <br /> Land Title Surveys (Effective February 23, 2016).
