Block 7 Property The Planning and Zoning Commission met, in a joint session, with the EDA to review downtown redevelopment proposals. They voted to move forward with Trident Development. Staff will begin negotiations and move towards a memorandum of understanding or some other form of agreement to outline the major issues at hand. This is a very exciting first step towards revitalizing the downtown area. Commerce Drive Property A purchase agreement has now been executed and staff intends to meet with Midwest Best Water and their engineers to work out the details of the project. 20" Avenue Corridor Zoning The zoning issues along 20th Ave. and Commerce Drive are,partially, on this City Council Agenda.
