APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> President Hanzal provided an opportunity for modifications to be made to the submitted January <br /> 16, 2019 meeting minutes. <br /> Motion by Commission Member Love, seconded by Commission Member Lakso to <br /> approve the Minutes of the January 16, 2019 meeting as presented.
