Feedback was <br /> given to the designer and we will see a revised version soon. <br /> Economic Development Authority <br /> The EDA met on April 17 and approved a contract with Northland Securities to serve as a <br /> financial consultant for the potential TIF district in Downtown. The Committee also <br /> discussed preliminary items to be contemplated for their 2020 budget. Staff will prepare <br /> a more detailed budget based on those items, with a goal of having the EDA submit its <br /> requested budget to the City Council in time for the Council's initial budget meetings in <br /> June or July. <br /> 170 <br />
