CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of <br /> Centerville will consider a request from Mr. Pat McKasy of Midwest Best Water to obtain a <br /> Conditional Use Permit for operating a business that assembles equipment for dispensing water <br /> associated with providing services for his business within the I-I Zoning District. Midwest Best <br /> Water intends on constructing a 25,000 square foot building located at 2021 Commerce Drive. <br /> Midwest Best Water intends on operating out of 15,000 square feet of the total building square <br /> footage with the anticipation of leasing two additional units to unassociated tenants. The <br /> Conditional Use Permit would only be this footage of the building. The hearing is scheduled for <br /> Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The purpose of the meeting is to <br /> obtain public comment regarding the above request. <br /> The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language <br /> interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. May 10, 2019. All persons interested are invited to <br /> attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing.
