That Permit forbid the <br /> construction of accessory structures, include pools. <br /> Now, the Developer seeks to revise the Conditional Use Permit in order to have a pool on one lot. (The attached <br /> Ordinance contains a full explanation of the reasons and findings of facts to support the revision.) <br /> The requested revisions must be enacted by an Ordinance since the pervious Conditional Use Permit was also <br /> adopted by an Ordinance. The revised CUP is attached to the Ordinance as an exhibit. <br /> COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br /> No cost to the City.
