CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVAL OF <br /> PLANNDED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> AND <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Centerville hereby <br /> grants approval of a PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT and CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT ("Permit") to the "Subject Parcel"legally described as: <br /> BAY VIEW VILLAS Plat located in the City of Centerville, County of <br /> Anoka County, and the State of Minnesota; with the exception that this <br /> permit shall not apply to LOT 10, BLOCK 1, of the BAY VIEW VILLAS <br /> Plat. <br /> The Parties agree that this Permit shall run with the land, and enjoins the City, the <br /> Subject Parcel, and the landowner to the terms and condition stated here. The Ordinances <br /> of the City of Centerville govern the Subject Parcel and the landowner. The City Council <br /> authorized a Planned Unit Development for the Subject Parcel in which it granted <br /> variances from those Ordinances in force on the date of this Permit, and imposed the <br /> condition stated below. Any conflict between those Ordinances and the variances or <br /> conditions authorized by this Permit shall be construed in favor of enforcing the City's <br /> Ordinances. After the date of this Permit, the variances and conditions created by this <br /> Permit create lawful, nonconformity within the Subject Parcel. <br /> This Permit dictates the following variances and conditions that apply to the Subject <br /> Parcel: <br /> 1. Planned Unit Development, Limitations. At the request of the Landowner, the <br /> City approved a Planned Unit Development of the Subject Parcel. This Planned <br /> Unit Development granted the Subject Parcel variances from a variety of State <br /> and City zoning and performance standards.
