Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Mosher, seconded by Commissioner Haiden to Recommend <br />Approval of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Related Findings of Fact, re- <br />guiding certain property from Commercial to Industrial as Presented in the Stantec <br />Planning Memorandum Dated April 2, 2019, Contingent on Met. Council’s Approval of the <br />City’s Draft 2040 Comprehensive Plan. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> b. Re-Zone <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Mosher, seconded by Commissioner Broussard Vickers to <br />Recommend Approval of Re-Zoning of certain property from Commercial to Industrial and <br />Related Findings of Fact as Presented in the Stantec Planning Memorandum Dated April 2, <br />2019, Contingent on Comprehensive Plan Amendment Approval by Met. (7:00 – 7:45 PM) Apollo Properties, LLC <br /> <br />Mr. Chris Harchanko, Owner, Apollo Properties, LLC, introduced himself to the <br />Commission/EDA and reviewed his proposed development for Block 7.
