CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />6/12/2019 <br />Administration <br />VIII.1.f <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Midwest Best Water - Easement Revision <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />Rice Creek Watershed District has an easement for Anoka County Ditch 55, running north-south along the east <br />side of the Midwest Best Water (MBW) site. The proposed MBW site plan necessitates their parking lot (truck <br />delivery area) encroaching into this easement. City and MBW representatives met with RCWD to discuss the <br />encroachment and all parties agreed it would be acceptable. To allow and memorialize this, RCWD produced <br />an amended version of the easement agreement. Since the city is the property owner, we would be required to <br />accept this change.
