CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTIV <br />IIIII� (Te ��aV <br />t <br />Agenda Item Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />Administration 6f 12/2019 <br />ISSUE:TITLE OF <br />Donation on Behalf of Bald Eagle Water Ski Club <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL ITL <br />Below is the language contained from the P & R May 1, 2019 Meeting Minutes: <br />Motion made by Committee Member Errickson-Grahek, seconded by Committee Member Bettinger to <br />recommend to the city council to accept the donation of $2,000 from Ms Marie Vidger to be used for the <br />purchase & installation of a park bench (with a dedication plaque) & trash receptacle with any remaining <br />monies to be used for purchase of flowers & woodchips to be placed near the rock wall in Trailside Park. <br />Installation of all to be completed no later than June 26, 2019. All in favor. Motion Carried. <br />The exact wording on the dedication plaque, to show appreciation to the BEWSC, will be determined at a later <br />date.
