FURTHERMORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Centerville designates its <br />Mayor as its representative to EXECUTE to the following documents necessary for transacting <br />the sale of the Subject Property as set forth in this RESOLUTION: <br />1. Certificate of Non -Foreign Status; <br />2. Bring Down Certificate; <br />3. Affidavit of Business Entity; and, <br />4.
