8/13/19 <br />Planning <br />VI.1 <br />Downtown Zoning Changes - Calling for a Public Hearing <br />Attached is a background memo, explaining the proposed changes to the Downtown Mixed Use zoning <br />districts, zoning map and Master Plan. Changes to the zoning code, require a public hearing. If the P&Z <br />Commission would still like to pursue these changes, then a public hearing should be held, to gain input from <br />the public, and to formalize the process for instituting them. <br />Minor publication/mailing costs. <br />Motion to call for a public hearing on the proposed changes to the M-1 and M-2 Districts and for the rezoning <br />of certain property from M-1 to M-2. <br />Staff memo, maps, etc. <br /> <br />
