FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />using less of the capacity of the existing re-use system the runoff from this area will be <br />utilizing. <br />There are two areas within the project area where proposed roadway widths differ from the 28’ <br />wide typical section: <br /> Sorel Street west of Centerville Road from Centerville Road to the existing trail crossing <br />approximately mid-block.: A 34’ roadway width is proposed in order to accommodate on- <br />street parking in anticipation of future redevelopment. The roadway would be comprised <br />of a 14’ westbound lane, 12’ eastbound lane, and an 8’ wide parallel parking lane on the <br />south side of the roadway.
