FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />11.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />It is the finding of this study that the proposed improvements are necessary, feasible and cost <br />effective from an engineering standpoint. The proposed improvements are feasible as they <br />relate to general engineering principles and construction procedures. The feasibility of the <br />project as a whole is subject to the financial review. The improvements proposed are necessary <br />to address the deteriorated pavement and drainage conditions. The improvements are cost <br />effective based on proven methods for street and utility construction. <br />Based on the information contained in this report, it is recommended that the City: <br /> Adopt this report as the guide for development of the proposed improvements. <br /> Hold a Public Improvement Hearing. <br /> Order the preparation of plans and specifications. <br /> Receive bids. <br /> Hold an Assessment Hearing <br /> Install the street, storm sewer and watermain/service, with construction anticipated to be <br />completed in 2021. <br /> City of Centerville <br /> 2020 Downtown Street and Utility Improvement Project <br />Project No.: 193804758 13 <br />33 <br /> <br />
