NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Centerville, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, located at 1880 Main Street on September 11, 2019 at <br />6:30 p.m., will be holding a public hearing to consider the making of the Downtown <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction Project, an improvement which will encompass the <br />following streets: Centerville Road north of Main Street, Sorel Street from +1- 250' <br />west of Goiffon Road to Progress Road, Progress Road from Main Street to <br />Heritage Street, Goiffon Road from Sorel Street to Heritage Street and Heritage <br />Street from Centerville Road to +/- 350' east of Progress Road, pursuant to Minn. <br />Stat. § § 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such <br />improvements was as stated above. The estimated cost of the improvement is <br />$2,421,407. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available <br />at the hearing.
