<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the <br />City of Centerville, Minnesota will meet and consider resident input regarding <br />rezoning certain properties within the Downtown area and associated City Code <br />modifications, amending the zoning code text and table of district allowed uses for <br />the M-1 and M-2 Districts. The proposed changes are to decrease the size of the M- <br />1 Mixed Use Corridor and rezone the majority of the parcels to M-2 Downtown <br />Neighborhood District. M-1 District requires retail on the first floor of every <br />building, at a minimum.
