This letter and information are provided to you in <br />compliance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.175 (2a). The City is required to deliver <br />written notice of the proposed District to each county commissioner who represents part of the <br />area proposed to be included in the District. Due to the vacancy in the county commissioner <br />position for the area, Anoka County Commissioner (District 6), we are providing this letter and <br />notification to the position of County Administrator. <br />The project in the District will include the construction of multifamily housing development <br />consisting of approximately 53 housing units within a three-story building, with a retail <br />component, with surface parking spaces plus detached garage bays (the "Project"). The Project <br />is proposed to be market rate with an affordable component.
