<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY CODE AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Centerville, Minnesota Planning & Zoning <br />Commission will meet on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 in Council Chamber of the City of <br />Centerville, 1880 Main Street, commencing at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider <br />making amendments to the City Code relating to Driveways and Outside Storage with <br />modifications to the follow sections: Chapter 156, §156.006, Definitions relating to <br />“Impervious Surface”; §156.030(I) and §156.040(J) should also apply to the B-2 (Main <br />Street Business District) by reference in §156.031(B); §156.144(M) (1) to be combined with <br />§156.166(K) and defining “Permitted Driveway”, Parking Requirements (Surface); and <br />§156.166(L) and Parking Requirements (Width). <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language <br />interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., September 23, 2019. All persons interested <br />are invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing.
