Recommendation of Block 7 Developer <br /> <br />Presentations from Apollo Development and Trident Development were made regarding their <br />concept plans for a potential Downtown Redevelopment project on Block 7. <br /> <br />Motion by Commission Member Weatherhead, seconded by Commission Member <br />Giovinazzo to recommend that the City Council authorize staff to begin negotiations with <br />Trident Development. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commission Member Hanzal, seconded by Commission Member Weatherhead <br />to Adjourn the EDA meeting of April 2, 2019 at 9:25 p.m. All in favor.
