I plan to call around and find someone that might be able to help us, but I thought maybe a couple of <br />cartoon sketches of possible development scenarios would be nice to have. I'm thinking along the lines of a colorized <br />plan view. You know, where the buildings are brown, and you lay out a parking lot and show some trees, etc. With the <br />sketch, I'd like to have some thought put into what could go on these sites (small fast food/coffee, etc.) and what kind of <br />square footage they could accommodate. Could you shoot me an informal quote on what it would take to have you guys <br />do something like that? I have the two sites in downtown, and I'd like to look at a 3rd site next to City Hall.
