P~(651)429-8629 <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ##06-034 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a report bas been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates <br />with reference to the improvement of Old Mill Road ftom a point approximately 200 feet <br />north of Revoir Street to the north city limits by installation ofwatermain, sanitary sewer, <br />street pavement, curb, storm sewer and related drainage improvements and the report was <br />received and considered by the City Council on June 14, 2006; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report indicates that the proposed project is feasible; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVRAT.E, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of the benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of <br />$325,963. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day <br />of July, 2006, in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 6:30 p.m.,. and the City <br />Clerk shall give such mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />3.
