09-20-2019 <br />Administration <br />Downtown Zoning <br />Attached, you will find a planning memorandum with detailed information on the proposed amendments to the <br />downtown zoning map, zoning code and Master Plan. A public hearing was held on these proposed <br />amendments and a first reading of the changes to the code was on the last Council agenda. Modifications have <br />been made to the code incorporating Council's concerns from the first reading (height of accessory structures <br />and the addition of public buildings as an allowed use in the M-2. Slight modifications were made to <br />accommodate situations where underground parking is not feasible. <br />N/A <br />Motion to adopt Res. #19-0XX - Adopting Ord. #XX, Second Series - Rezone Certain Properties from M-1 to <br />M-2.
