<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE#_ <br />Stcond Series <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE CHAPTER 154, LAND USAGE <br />THE CITY OF CENTERVH..LE ORDAINS: <br /> <br />Section 1. City Code Section 154.004 is hereby amended by inserting the <br />fonowing as paragraph E: <br /> <br />E: Accessory Uses. <br /> <br />Accessory uses such as off-street loading areas, drainage ponds and other <br />drainage structures, and parking lots are prohibited in any zoning district <br />when the associated principal use is not located in the City Of Centerville. <br /> <br />Section 2. City Code Section 154.004, Paragraphs E. & F. are relabeled to <br />Paragraphs F. and G. respectively. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
