Appeal of Zoning Administrator Decision – Witzel Companies, 7129 – 20 Avenue <br />Lighting Nuisance <br /> <br />th <br />Administrator Statz stated that a letter had been sent to Witzel Companies at 7129 20 Ave., <br />stating that they were in violation of the nuisance ordinance because of some exterior lighting that <br />is annoying neighboring property owners. Mr. Witzel was on hand and explained the situation <br />further and agreed to further “hood” his lights to cut down on glare. He was to do so by the end of <br />the month. <br /> <br />This item was tabled pending action by Mr. Witzel to abate the nuisance. <br /> <br />VIII. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1.
