RESOLUTION #19-____ <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PRECINCT AND POLLING LOCATION FOR THE <br />2020 ELECTIONYEAR <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 204B.16, subd. 1 requires the governing body of each <br />municipality to designate by ordinance or resolution each year no later than December 31, <br />polling places for each election precinct, and <br />WHEREAS, the polling places designated by resolution in December of each year are the <br />polling places to be used for elections in the following calendar year, and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, <br />1. <br />Center located at 6995 Centerville Road for the calendar year 2020. <br />2.That the City Council directs the clerk to make all necessary notifications and <br />preparations for elections held in 2020 as required by MN Statute, Rule and <br />Administrative Policy of the City. <br />th <br />Passed by City Council of the City of Centerville this 13day of November, 2019. <br />______________________________ <br />Jeff Paar, Mayor <br />Attest: _________________________ <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />117 <br /> <br />
