September 11, 2019 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Paar provided an opportunity for others to make modifications to the presented minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve the <br />September 11, 2019 City Council Meeting Minutes as Presented. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />2.
