City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />September 3, 2019 <br /> <br />Mike Brass reviewed additional information shared by the developer since the last presentation, <br />including that there will indeed be cameras in every unit and this will not be a choice of the tenant. <br /> <br />Don Hawkins (owner) and Holly Hawkins (manager) were also on hand to explain more about the <br />faculties’ operational workings. <br /> <br />City staff showed the commission their ideas on moving ponding to southwest corner of the lot, to <br />allow for more tree preservation. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher, seconded by Commissioner Haiden to Approve.
