• <br /> I would like to put a 4 foot chain link fence on the North and West side of my property at 1687 Sorel <br /> Street. <br /> There is an existing fence on the North side but it is in poor condition and needs replacing. <br /> My home is next to and very close to the trail. I am asking to extend the fence along the trail to the 10 <br /> foot easement. My deck and patio are on the front of my house and my outside time is spent there. I <br /> have two well behaved small dogs(but they do bark)who use the front lawn the majority of the time. <br /> Because foot/bike/pet usage of the trail is often heavy and will become much more so if/when the <br /> apartments are built; I feel extending the fence would be prudent for the safety of those using the trail <br /> and myself. <br /> I am asking to put the fence on the lot line due to the closeness of the trail to my living space and I have <br /> a very small lot,75' by 100'. <br /> Thank you for your consideration. <br /> Respectfully, <br /> Julie Linc <br />
