CITY OF CENTERVILLE REQUEST <br />FOR COMMITTEE ACTION <br />77, <br />1tervi e <br />Agenda Item # <br />Department: <br />Requested Meeting Date: <br />V.6 <br />Parks <br />December 4, 2019 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />19-030 Meeting Norms <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />The committee has requested a discussion on "Meeting norms", or what should be expected for the logistics and <br />operation of Park and Rec Committee Meetings. <br />While the city doesn't currently have a hard -fast set of "norms", there are a few things, from which we can pull <br />some ideas. Staff has also prepared a draft document that may help outline expectations, etc. We fully support <br />the idea of having well thought-out standards for how things should run, with an aim for efficiency in time and <br />effort. <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />N/A <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />No formal action required.
