Typically, organizations <br />requesting the use of our fields, ice or other facilities are doing so in order to know which facilities they will <br />have to choose from when setting their schedules. Therefore, their requests tend to be broad and <br />all -encompassing of the potential times they might need. Once they've established all the facilities available to <br />them, they will meet and make a schedule for the league. Then, they submit that schedule to each city or facility <br />owner. It is staff s suggestion, that the committee simply let the organization know of any restrictions they wish <br />to put on the use of the facility. Examples, might be: No Fridays, only after 6 PM, max 3 days/week, no use of <br />field X, etc. This lets the league know what availability constraints they have. Staff asked this applicant for <br />more information.
