CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />12/11/2019 <br />Administration <br />VII.4 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Adopt 2020 Meeting Calendar <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />Attached is a calendar of all city meetings for the year. Staff has shifted or eliminated meetings to <br />accommodate holidays, elections and other events. By adopting this calendar, you would be making official, <br />the shifted or eliminate meeting dates. Of course, you may still reschedule, add or eliminate meetings <br />throughout the year as may be necessary. Of note to the City Council would be the shifting of the first meeting <br />in November to a Thursday to avoid Veterans Day and the elimination of the second meeting of November on <br />the day before Thanksgiving. With Christmas falling on a Friday, we have left the 2nd meeting in December on <br />the calendar. <br /> <br />Please let us know if you see any errors or omissions.
