Examples of those projects can be seen below, plus a snapshot of feedback collected from <br />the cities via survey monkey on the type of assistance received: <br /> Coordination with property owners on behalf to help market or attract <br />investment to their property <br /> City marketing assistance, including: Community Profiles, market data, branding or economic <br />development strategies, <br /> Property Readiness assistance, including - development planning including zoning reviews, <br />marketing target properties, help with due diligence on a site <br /> Based on feedback this was the type of assistance provided directly to the cities <br /> Assistance using state or local financing tools for a project <br /> Assistance with a business retention and expansion effort <br /> Making connections with real estate or banking professionals <br /> Making connections with workforce resources for their area businesses <br /> Assistance with listing or searching for property information on MNCAR <br /> <br /> <br />
