The project generally consists of street reconstruction, storm sewer replacement, <br /> and water main installation in the residential area bordered by Centerville Lake to the west, Main Street <br /> (CSAH 14)to the north, Progress Road to the east, and Heritage street to the south; in addition to the block <br /> of Centerville Road north of Main Street. <br /> The total project costs for these improvements, including indirect costs, is currently estimated at <br /> $2,574,200. This compares to the feasibility report estimate of$2,421,407.
