APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />A list of checks to be approved was added to the agenda under item “V. Bills and Communications” <br /> <br />Motion by Commission Member Love, seconded by Commission Member Weatherhead to <br />approve the agenda with the added checks. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. September 18, 2019 Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commission Member Weatherhead, seconded by Commission Member Love to <br />approve the Minutes of the September 18, 2019 meeting as presented. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />V. BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />1. Bills <br /> (a) Stantec <br /> (b) Payroll <br /> <br />A short discussion regarding the Stantec bill was had. Administrator Statz explained that the bill <br />was related to Block 7. <br /> <br />
