Transfer of Use Permit (Performance Auto to Launderville's Auto Repair) <br />7139-20th Avenue <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated the property was leased and someone else moved in <br />to do the same thing and there was a permit issued and the request has been to transfer the <br />permit. <br /> <br />Commissioner Love asked if there would be conditions placed now that would not have <br />been then. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that there may be disassembled cars sitting out or <br />noise but there are regulations in place to cover those issues. <br /> <br />Page 3 of8 <br />
