COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> Resolution #20-OD) <br /> A RESOLUTION TO NOT WAIVE <br /> LIABILITY INSURANCE LIMITS FOR LMCIT INSURANCE COVERAGE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE,MINNESOTA <br /> WHEREAS,The City of Centerville contracts with the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust for <br /> property, casualty, and liability insurance coverage; and <br /> WHEREAS,Minnesota Statutes set the standard liability limits at$500,000 per claimant and $1,500,000 per <br /> incident; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City desires to minimize its exposure to loss; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville that: <br /> 1. The City Council elects to not waive liability limits for the 2020 insurance renewal. <br /> 2.
