Mark Statz
From:paldrich@clpdmn.com
Sent:Thursday, October 24, 2019 9:05 AM
To:Mark Statz
Subject:RE: FW: Message from 6129614596
/ğǒƷźƚƓʹŷźƭĻƒğźƌƚƩźŭźƓğƷĻķƚǒƷƭźķĻƚǒƩƚƩŭğƓźǩğƷźƚƓͳƦƌĻğƭĻǒƭĻĭğǒƷźƚƓ͵
Mark,
I tried to call you. Sgt. Giese went to the business at night. He thought that the light was NOT too
bright. He could not tell how it would be shining directly into anyone's residence. He compared the
lighting to that of a normal street light. The way he described it was "ambient lighting." That was just his
opinion, and obviously this is not necessarily a police issue, but let me know if you would like any further
assistance from us.

Thanx
Pat

Lieutenant Patrick Aldrich
Centennial Lakes Police Department
54 North Road
Circle Pines, MN 55014
Office (763) 784-2501
Desk (763) 235-2564
paldrich@clpdmn.com

Serving with Courage and Compassion.

-------- Original Message --------
Subject: FW: Message from 6129614596
From: Mark Statz <MStatz@centervillemn.com>
Date: Mon, October 21, 2019 1:54 pm
To: "'paldrich@clpdmn.com'" <paldrich@clpdmn.com>
Pat,

We should chat about this situation (listen to the attached voicemail). This is the
th
business/building owner at 7129 20
year now to swap out his light fixtures or add a shield to them to eliminate the
glare for the neighbors. We understand that security is an issue in this area, but
think there is a way to light the area, without lighting the neighbors.

Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
1
