CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />March 11, 2019 <br />Administration <br />IX.1 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Purchase Agreement - Block 7 - Trident Development <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br /> Staff has prepared a draft purchase agreement between the City and Trident development for the property <br />known as Block 7, to be considered by the City Council. Citizens, via emails and phone calls to staff and <br />council, have expressed a desire to have an additional opportunity to both gather more information on the <br />project and be heard on this project, prior to a vote on the agreement. With that in mind, staff has included in <br />the City Council Agenda Packet, information on the project that has <br />been previously discussed at the various public hearings, and city council meetings held to date. <br /> If the City Council wishes to move forward with this step in the project process, a vote could be taken on the <br />agreement.
