CITYOFCENTERVILLEAPPROVALFORTHEPURCHASEANDSUPPORTOFREPLACEMENTBALLOT <br />MARKINGDEVICES <br />Tofacilitatethepurchaseofnextgenerationballotmarkingdevices,CityofCentervilleherebyexpresses <br />supportforthepurchaseofballotmarkingdevicesassoonaspracticableandagreestoparticipateas <br />follows,pursuanttothetermsoutlinedintheJPA: <br />1. TheCityofCentervillewillpayanannualfeeinanamountequaltothetotalAnokaCounty <br />populationresidinginCityofCentervilleatthetimeofthe2020census*multipliedby30%of <br />thenetcapitalcostofthesystemafterutilizingfundsfromtheMinnesotaVotingEquipment <br />GrantAccount,proratedandpayableoveramultiyearperiod;and <br />2.
