Source: MN DEED. <br /> <br />P AST AND F UTURE G ROWTH <br />Forecasts for Centerville <br />The Metropolitan Council has developed growth forecasts for Centerville by decade, addressing <br />the projected population, number of households, and number of jobs. <br />The total population of the City of Centerville is expected to grow by 372 residents by the year <br />2040, a very modest increase. The City can expect a growth of around 149 households and 160 <br />new jobs by 2040.
