f�l � <br />me`D I <br />Resolution 20- 1 <br />/1:7D1.10R111Y�17a1MI�� T. ; I ► 1 31 ►II / ►1 : _ ► 1, <br />IRDMI iI J 1 1111 ITYAM211ii i! # !, i I # <br />WHEREAS, The City of Centerville has established an Economic Development Authority (EDA); and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 469.096 requires that EDA funds be accounted for separately from general city <br />operations; and <br />the City desires to allow the EDA to have its own operations over a multi -year timeframe; <br />NOW TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville that: <br />I.
