Conditional Use Permit Re <br /> <br />The following people addressed the Committee during the public hearing: <br /> <br />Chris Loomis, 7248 LaValle Drive <br />o Why have slips been sold if the total number of slips was not finalized? <br />o Asked about drainage through culvert between lakes. Concerned that docks may impede <br />flow. <br /> <br />Jim Boo <br />High Point Realty <br />o Explained that the market has driven the change in the amount of slips. The initial builder <br />that the developer had worked with felt that not all the upland homes would want dock <br />access, but the current buyers have all expressed interest and several leads have walked <br />away after they were told that dock access may not be available to them. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />
