Landowner(s) desires to install, operate and maintain a fountain in the stormwater <br />retention pond on their property, within a drainage and utility easement. <br />C. City shall have the right to review and approve of the specifications of the <br />fountain, prior to installation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THEIR MUTUAL COVENANTS, <br />THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
