Driveway and Parking Ordinance Review <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended changes to the driveway portions of <br />the ordinances. A draft ordinance was on the last council agenda for a first reading. The <br />ordinance could be adopted at the next City Council meeting on May 27. <br /> <br />Parking ordinances will continue to be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission at <br />their next meeting. <br /> <br />Mediation has been postponed due to the COVID-19 situation. <br /> <br />reminding them of the need to keep their equipment and <br />materials off of city property (around the tower), now that the lease for portions of the city <br />property has been canceled. Items such as plow assemblies, large landscape rock, and <br />general debris were found to be on site. <br /> <br />th <br />7129 20Ave. <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission upheld the decision of the Zoning Administrator on <br />the issue of nuisance lighting.
