CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Commissioner Weatherhead called the meeting to order at 6:37 p.m. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />PRESENT: Commissioner Jim Weatherhead <br /> Commissioner D. Love <br />Commissioner Michael Giovinazzo <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator, EDA Executive Director Mark Statz <br /> Finance Director Bruce DeJong <br />GUEST: Real Estate Broker, Mike Brass <br />ABSENT: President Jeff Hanzal joined the meeting at 6:54 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br />Administrator Statz asked to add a proposal from a consulting firm named Excipio as a new item <br />under New Business as item #4. <br />Motion by Commissioner Love, seconded by Commissioner Weatherhead to approve the <br />agenda with changes. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />2.
