The lease <br />agreement providing $600 a month is an additional bonus. M Health has also agreed to maintain the <br />apparatus bay door that they will be using. <br /> <br />Staff also believes M Health Fairview management has a vested interest in the community with the <br />supervisor living in Circle Pines having a take home response squad and two other managers living next <br />door in Hugo. <br />Council has the prerogative by resolution to change the ambulance service to Allina at a later date if they <br />are not satisfied with the service provided by M Health Fairview. <br /> <br />
