He holds a Bachelor of <br /> <br />Science Degree in Social Studies from Northern Michigan University, a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice <br />from Michigan State University, and is a graduate of the Public Safety Executive Leadership Program in the Humphry <br /> <br />School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Responsible for the administrative, financial, policy, public information/media, emergency management and <br />investigative functions of the Department. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from Rutgers <br /> <br />University, and a Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University. Lt. Blanck is admitted to practice law in <br />the states of New York and Minnesota. He is also a graduate of the 233rd Session of the FBI National Academy. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Responsible for patrol operations and community service. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice <br />from the University of St. Thomas and a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Metropolitan State <br /> <br />University. Lt. Aldrich is a graduate of the Senior Management Series at the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal <br />Apprehension (BCA) and is a graduate of the Public Safety Executive Leadership Program in the Humphry School of <br /> <br />Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. Pat is currently an adjunct professor at Century College where he has <br />worked with the Minnesota State Patrol LETO program, DNR Academy and Pathways program for law enforcement <br /> <br />professionals. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Responsible for evening and night shift supervision of patrol personnel. Field Training Officer, Use of Force <br />Instructor, Body Worn Camera Program Administrator. He holds an Associates of Science Degree in Law <br /> <br />Enforcement from Alexandria Technical College. Sergeant Giese is a graduate of the Supervision and Management <br />Program at the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Responsible for management of office/records functions and personnel.
