City of Centerville <br /> Park & Recreation Committee <br />April 1, 2020 <br /> <br />The Committee felt that the Zoom meeting was an amenity to meeting in public attempting to meet <br />social distancing guidelines. One member of the committee was experiencing audio issues but it <br />was felt that these could be overcome with the use of headphones or with the use of a cellphone <br />for the audio part of the meeting. <br /> <br />Committee Member Seeley stated that she had spoken with Minute Taker, Ms. Linda Neudecker <br />who was unable to attend this evenings meeting. She stated that Ms. Neudecker apologize for her <br />absence and offered to transcribe the minutes for the Committee. <br />Administrator Statz reported all members receive a link with a meeting ID number that will be <br />continually utilized for meetings, discussed the usage of Zoom and its capabilities, discussed the <br />streaming of the meeting on cable TV and North Metro Cables ability to house the meeting on <br />their web site for later retrieval by the public. <br /> <br />VII. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Administrator Statz stated that the March 4, 2020 minutes were not contained in the packet but <br />forwarded under separate email to Committee Members. <br /> <br />The Committee felt that the minutes did not receive proper review for consideration and requested <br />that they be placed on the May Agenda for consideration. <br /> <br />VIII.
