City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />March 11, 2020 <br /> <br />Sweeney also stepped in and did an election. Thank you to Ms. Suzanne Seeley and all the other <br />election judges. You did a fantastic job. <br /> <br />Council Member Koski stated Planning and Zoning had some discussion on nuisance lighting <br />issue, the street project around Southern Rail and Sorel Street and parking when the project starts. <br />They discussed the Old Mill Estates which was approved tonight and a discussion on the <br />moratorium issue. <br /> <br />Council Member Montain stated that the North Metro is clarifying and cleaning up the joint powers <br />agreement. Making sure that is gets updated. He stated they are still working with the FCC on <br />franchise fees. <br /> <br />Mayor Paar thanked Council for their composure during discussions this evening and stated that it <br />was a heated meeting. He stated Administrator Statz did a ton of work with the presentation and <br />it was awesome. He stated he appreciates everyone for being respectful and their opinions. He <br />stated we have to learn something from this and not everything is set in stone. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Lakso to Adjourn the <br />March 11, 2020 City Council Meeting at 11:23 p.m. All in favor.
