APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Lakso to Approve the <br />Agenda with the Above Stated Modifications. April 8, 2020 City Council WS & Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Council Member Montain requested that on Page 10 of 11 “population” should be exchanged for <br />“subscribers”. <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso requested the proper spelling of her last name on Page 6 of 11. <br /> <br />There was some confusion as to who made the motion to appoint Mr. Tom Wilharber as Council <br />Member.
